All of these books look awesome! :)

I'm portuguese, so, in our christmas table, there's always our traditional desserts, but since I love foreign cuisine, there's probably gonna be Panna Cotta, Tiramisu, maybe some Cheesecake and we'll see what else.

Those books look awesome! I usually make apple pies, but I married this past year and we combined families (we have 2 boys between us) so I am looking at making a new Christmas tradition and finding a new Christmas dessert. Maybe red velvet cake or cheesecake, but I'm not sold on those yet!
Merry Christmas to you and yours!

Hi, I absolutely love your blog!! I really want to try baking a light AND creamy cheesecake for my family this Christmas ( I know i'm greedy). I've tried many cheesecake recipes before and they came out more or less the same. But this year, i decide to kick it up a notch by adding mascarpone cheese to my "tiramisu cheesecake". Anyhow, really hope to win your giveaway, especially that "Cakes Galore" :).

Hello Dear,

First, I want to say thank you for all the good recipes you have shared with everyone. I visit your blog almost daily and have tried several of your recipes with good results.

You asked what kind of dessert I like at Christmas; I am looking for some wonderful macarons recipes and a good caramel cake recipe this year. To be honest, I baked a caramel cake the other day; the cake came out hard as stone. I just don't know what I did wrong.

Wish you and your family has a wonderful holiday and a happy new year.

Sincerely yours,

Anyway, even though they're far from perfect, as dessert I love to make Egg Tarts ^.^ Also, everyone seems to like Coffee Swiss Rolls. Funny enough, I've been making loads of cookies for other friends and family lately xD Don't know if Japanese Sweet Buns count as dessert, but these disappear within 24 hours after you've baked them, everyone loves these!

I love brownie variations, so I always play around with different toppings and mix-ins depending on the holiday.

Mousse cakes are always a pleasure to make as well. I love layers.

Hi, Merry Christmas! I love to make cakes for family and friends but no patient for cookies. It is such joy to see people enjoying the cakes that I make. For this Christmas, my MIL asked for the traditional fruit cake. I would love to find more variation or designs to the traditional round fruit cake!

I want to serve my family chiffon cheesecake this year for Christmas. They are coming to my home for the first time and while they love cheesecake, I want to put a spin on the traditional.

Happy Holidays!

Hi,
I am from Penang. I dont' really bake for Christmas though but will still bake at this happy festival period. I would like to prepare pretty cuppies with nice frosting for my family & friends. Cupcakes Galore by Gail Wagman would be a great book for me to refer.

Merry X'mas !!

You are one of the blogger that have inspired me to try cooking & baking. Recently my brother in law & his family visited us during this school holiday. I really impressed them with your honey glazed roast chicken. TQ! e-mail : puvaneskmp@yahoo.com

I make tons of cookies and squares for Christmas...as well for a cookie exchange I organize....which normally is a brand new recipe.
I linked your website to mine so that I can see it everytime you post a new recipe.
Some favourites are shortbread, sugar cookies (with special icing), gingerbread men, ginger snaps, toffee squares, dream squares, etc. Way too many to list.
