All of these books look awesome! :)
I'm portuguese, so, in our christmas table, there's always our traditional desserts, but since I love foreign cuisine, there's probably gonna be Panna Cotta, Tiramisu, maybe some Cheesecake and we'll see what else.
Those books look awesome! I usually make apple pies, but I married this past year and we combined families (we have 2 boys between us) so I am looking at making a new Christmas tradition and finding a new Christmas dessert. Maybe red velvet cake or cheesecake, but I'm not sold on those yet!
Merry Christmas to you and yours!

Hi, I absolutely love your blog!! I really want to try baking a light AND creamy cheesecake for my family this Christmas ( I know i'm greedy). I've tried many cheesecake recipes before and they came out more or less the same. But this year, i decide to kick it up a notch by adding mascarpone cheese to my "tiramisu cheesecake". Anyhow, really hope to win your giveaway, especially that "Cakes Galore" :).

Hello Dear,
First, I want to say thank you for all the good recipes you have shared with everyone. I visit your blog almost daily and have tried several of your recipes with good results.
You asked what kind of dessert I like at Christmas; I am looking for some wonderful macarons recipes and a good caramel cake recipe this year. To be honest, I baked a caramel cake the other day; the cake came out hard as stone. I just don't know what I did wrong.
Wish you and your family has a wonderful holiday and a happy new year.
Sincerely yours,
Strawberry refrigerator cake, banana pudding, milo agar agar! =)

Well, I personally love to bake cupcakes, but due to them never staying flat during transport (mostly because I drive like a maniac) - I tend to bring apple pie. I make a mean apple pie, plus, I always make the top crust theme appropriate.
emrubin(at)vt(dot)edu
self-saucing chocolate pudding! always a crowd-pleaser, especially in cold weather like this.
Hi
I luv your recipes! Thanks for sharing them on your blog. I'm a novice in baking and look forward to trying your recipes for cakes and cookies...:)
I become a cookie making machine around the holidays, cranking out half a dozen different kinds each year...and I rarely make the same cookie twice! I think that this year my favorites are the white chocolate brownies with dried cranberries and pecans.
I look forward to making my Almond Cream Puff Ring. Thanks for the opportunity to win and Happy Holidays!
Gail (malggl@comcast.net)
I like to bake a variety of goodies. I think though the ones that I like the most are the Eggnog Cheesecake bars or the Saltine cracker toffee.

Hey :)
So cool a give away =] Not sure what I'm going to do for Christmas this year. I'm a novice hobby baker and don't always have time because I have to study too xD everyone's working till late this year, so I'll only be prepping some small snacks. Anyway, even though they're far from perfect, as dessert I love to make Egg Tarts ^.^ Also, everyone seems to like Coffee Swiss Rolls. Funny enough, I've been making loads of cookies for other friends and family lately xD Don't know if Japanese Sweet Buns count as dessert, but these disappear within 24 hours after you've baked them, everyone loves these!
Love,

I lov making trifle and apple crumble. I learnt to make them from my mum when I was 10 years old, and she has since forgotten that she used to make them! They evoke memories of my childhood and I try to bring back the same kind of feelings with these 2 desserts. My children also love them.

For Christmas, I think it has to be Yule Log cake, simply because I can decorate the log cake with Christmas decoration...
The pumpkin pie is the last thing I put in the oven after the turkey is taken out. It cooks while we are eating our dinner. Ready to be served with a scoop of ice cream after the dishes goes into the dishwasher. The combination of cold (ice cream) on hot (pumkpin pie) is delightful.
