Spicy Grilled Chicken Wings

The only thing I like about summer is the grilling. I will prepare the chicken, beef, wings, fish, corns, vegetables and let my hubby to do the grilling. This way I don’t have to heat up the kitchen. As you know I am not a fan of summer heat. We grilled up these wings when Diana came home last week and they turn out really good. We have these with some grilled corns.

Ingredients:

12-14 chicken wings - clean and cut
2 tbsp grated ginger
1 tbsp cayenne pepper (you can use less)
2 tbsp Sriracha - spicy Thai Chili Sauce (optional)
2 tsp paprika
2 tsp garlic paste
2 Tbsp Ginger Paste
2 tbsp Worcester sauce
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp salt

1. Combine all the marinate ingredients pour it into the wings. Mix well and let it marinate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
2. Heat up the grill and grill the wings until golden brown and cooked. Be careful not to burn them.

This look so good! Btw what is Sriracha and where can I get it? Is it a dry ingredient? I see you noted that it's an optional, but I just wonder what is that...hehe! Thanks ya..:)

Yummy BBQ chicken wings and I like the corn too. I've posted a sponge cake recipe today and have linked to your 'steam sponge cake' too.

@ReeseKitchen - Sriracha Sauce is more commonly known as, "Rooster Sauce", due to the picture of the rooster on the bottle. It is in a clear bottle with red sauce in it, with a green squirt top.

Most major supermarkets, like Safeway, have an isle with Asians, and Hispanic foods. That is where you'll find it.

Reese, sriracha is a hot sauce made from Thailand. You can just omit it or replace it with Tabasco sauce :)

Shereen, both of us loves the ends :)

Shaz, you are welcome.

Purabi Naha, thanks for stopping by.

Mihaela, thank you.

Sonia, me too :)

Cheah, thanks for the link.

Jo, sorry about that. Not good visiting food blogs when you are hungry :)

Home Cooking, you are welcome.

Michael, thanks for the info and Reese is from Malaysia so not sure where she can get the sauce.

Elin, ha ha we can exchange our dish. Give me the durian sushi and I give you the wings :) Too bad I won't be back anytime soon. Planning to go back only early next year. Looking forward to meet up with you :)
