The only thing I like about summer is the grilling. I will prepare the chicken, beef, wings, fish, corns, vegetables and let my hubby to do the grilling. This way I don’t have to heat up the kitchen. As you know I am not a fan of summer heat. We grilled up these wings when Diana came home last week and they turn out really good. We have these with some grilled corns.
Ingredients:
12-14 chicken wings - clean and cut
2 tbsp grated ginger
1 tbsp cayenne pepper (you can use less)
2 tbsp Sriracha - spicy Thai Chili Sauce (optional)
2 tsp paprika
2 tsp garlic paste
2 Tbsp Ginger Paste
2 tbsp Worcester sauce
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp salt
1. Combine all the marinate ingredients pour it into the wings. Mix well and let it marinate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
2. Heat up the grill and grill the wings until golden brown and cooked. Be careful not to burn them.

This look so good! Btw what is Sriracha and where can I get it? Is it a dry ingredient? I see you noted that it's an optional, but I just wonder what is that...hehe! Thanks ya..:)

my children luv chicken wings, will try out your chick wings version, thanks for the recipe Gert :)
@ReeseKitchen - Sriracha Sauce is more commonly known as, "Rooster Sauce", due to the picture of the rooster on the bottle. It is in a clear bottle with red sauce in it, with a green squirt top.
Most major supermarkets, like Safeway, have an isle with Asians, and Hispanic foods. That is where you'll find it.

Reese, sriracha is a hot sauce made from Thailand. You can just omit it or replace it with Tabasco sauce :)
