Lettuce Wrap

I like making this for my quick lunch. Is easy, crunchy and healthy wrap.

I used jicama, carrots, bell peppers, snap peas, bean sprout and some cashew nuts. As for the meat I used some chicken breast.

For seasoning I put a few dash of teriyaki sauce, fish sauce, salt and pepper to taste.

Lunch is served !!

That will be our lunch for this Sunday's football session. Thanks, Gert! Like Cath, I like adding nuts to my dishes but always forget to do that. Ugh!

Gert,
Tuna Tartar is like spicy tuna in maki. There is so many version out there.Basiclly the restaurant chef will use the end and cut of tuna ,minced it up,mix with sesame oil, scallion, tobiko(fish egg),wasabi, sesame seed, some jap mayo, and yuzu juice..serve over a bed of grated daikon. It's very healthy and expensive meal.love it.

Beachlover, you mean Tuna Tartar :) and not Tuan Tartar :)

Envy, you can replace the chicken with tofu and also other vegetables like carrots, celery and mushroom.
