Gert,I eat the fruit cake you give me..wow!! it's really good,full of rum flavour!!..I finish it by myself..hahaha!!anyway hubby and Mishu don't like fruit cake,so if I bake I have to find someone to give away too!!..hmmmm...this big Christmas fruit cake really look good.If I'm Diana I also can't wait...

Beachlover, glad that you like the fruitcake. People here normally don't like fruitcake :) Actually that cake I cut it into four and eat 1/4 and keep the rest in the fridge. Just brush it often with rum or brandy and it will keep for a year.
