Look what I found at Sam's Club yesterday. Some really colorful and pretty small peppers. It looks very much like chili but it taste more like bell pepper and no hint of spiciness at all.
So, what can I cook with it? It too small to be roasted so I end up stuffing it with some ground meat and prawns. The peppers is really sweet. Have to think of what to do with the rest of the peppers. Any suggestions?
