ReplyDeleteHappy Chinese New Year! I love bak kua or pork / beef jerky! the spicy one is my preference :) Wish I can find a good one here in Canada! Do you know it's illegal to bring these in your suitcase from Asia? Heehee. It's considered an "exotic" and "raw" food product! Grrr...
ReplyDeleteThank you everyone for your CNY wishes.
ReplyDeleteJen, I can't bring bak kwa in to the US either that is why I have to make it myself. You should too as it is not difficult at all.
Wishing you and your loved ones, a happy and prosperous lunar new year! :)
