Beachlover, I used to sell my bake goods in KL especially during Christmas and CNY :) Actually the recipe is not difficult :)

Sue, you can make this into a big tarts. Making it small is easier to eat. Each person can take one and don't have to cut it :)

I think you should selling your baked goods here as well, Gert. Seriously. :) Start with your neighborhood or circle of friends, then approach bakery outlets. It will be fun especially since you love to bake.
