We had a very simple Christmas this year. Not much cooking for me as we are still trying to get over our Thanksgiving meal. So I just made some spring rolls and empanadas which Carlos likes a lot. I baked 2 fruitcakes two weeks ago and this time it turn out pretty well. Cut one today and the other one we are going to have it for Chinese New Year.

Hi Zue, I just used the Pillsbury biscuit dough saja since I tak ada masa to buat the pastry. But I still pefer the homemade pastry.
